Business Capability Expert - Commercial Process E2E

Own end-to-end design, optimization and standardization of commercial backbone processes including Product catalog design, Opportunity management, Quoting, Subscription and Contract Management, Order booking, Billing and Invoicing.

Drive AI & automation enablement by collaborating with technology teams to integrate AI/ML solutions in commercial workflows and identify automation opportunities.

Lead stakeholder engagement through workshops, training, adoption support, performance tracking, and governance to ensure process compliance and continuous improvement.

6-10 years industry experience with a University degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.

Expert hands-on experience with Salesforce or Apttus, SAP, Zuora or similar backend commercial process applications.

Strong knowledge of full end-to-end multi-modal commercial processes.

Profound understanding of quality and regulatory requirements related to commercial processes.

Experienced in managing complex, scalable commercial process transformations within global matrix organizations.

Capable of integrating technology-driven solutions, especially AI/ML, into commercial process workflows to improve efficiency.

Proven leadership and influencing skills to drive alignment and adoption across multiple senior stakeholders and business functions.
