Strategic Insights Manager

Own 360° commercial performance analysis to support Line of Business Rhythm of the Business (RtB) activities like QBRs, earnings support, and dashboard development.

Lead development of data-driven insights, business cases, and financial models to evaluate and drive commercial transformation initiatives with executive-level syntheses.

Program manage commercial transformation projects ensuring stakeholder alignment, adoption, and ongoing KPI monitoring via dashboards and tactical insight generation.

4+ years relevant experience; at least 2 years in management consulting, private equity, or top-tier tech strategy/business operations.

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred or direct promote in consulting.

Mandatory experience in B2B technology industry; knowledge of data storage industry is a plus.

Must work from Bangalore office in-person per company policy; remote work not mentioned as option except approved leave or travel.

Experienced in strategic commercial transformation specifically in go-to-market (GTM), operating model design, process efficiency, sales effectiveness, and revenue acceleration.

Proven ability to partner cross-functionally to manage and execute large-scale transformation programs with strong influencing capabilities at all organizational levels.

Comfortable presenting complex data-driven insights and recommendations to executive leadership consistently and clearly.
