SAP S/4HANA Automation Tester

Own end-to-end test planning, governance, and execution for SAP Finance and SAP Ariba rollout releases, including unit, integration, regression, UAT, and cutover validations.

Manage System Integrator (SI) delivery of test commitments, ensuring quality gates, defect management, and timely completion of test phases aligned to program milestones.

Lead large-scale User Acceptance Testing (UAT) exercises coordinating multi-geography teams, readiness management, defect triage, and sign-off for business acceptance.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance or related discipline.

At least 10 years of experience in SAP testing or quality management with substantial Test Manager responsibility in complex multinational SAP transformation programs.

Mandatory experience with SAP Finance processes (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Controlling) and SAP Ariba procurement-to-pay integration.

Proficiency in Jira and Zephyr for test-case management; UiPath knowledge for SAP test automation is highly advantageous.

Experienced in coordinating multi-vendor, cross-geography SAP testing efforts involving System Integrators, internal teams, business testers, and country organizations without relying solely on direct authority.

Strong background in managing large-scale UATs with an emphasis on governance, risk-based testing, and detailed defect management across SAP finance and procurement processes.

Structured and analytical planner capable of driving quality gates, clear communication with senior stakeholders, and escalation of risks impacting go-live readiness.
