8-12 years of experience in project management, Agile delivery, Scrum facilitation, or ITIL within complex enterprise or global environments.
Experience managing all phases of deployment, integration or migration projects with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Experienced in managing end-to-end IAM-related projects with knowledge of IAM concepts such as identity lifecycle management, privileged access, and enterprise IAM platforms (PAM, ILM, FAMS, etc.).
Operationally oriented with abilities to coordinate cross-functional global teams and manage complex dependencies under ambiguity.
Comfortable in Agile environments with Scrum facilitation skills and competent in IT change control, audit, and compliance frameworks relevant to IAM.
