Minimum Requirements
5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition Sourcing within the India employment market; experience in GBS organizations is advantageous.
Proficient in sourcing tools and platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, and social media networks.
Bachelor's degree required.
Fluent in English.
