Technical Project Management

Manage non-ECO transitions across multiple functions to realize >$25M in cost avoidance and improve part availability and repair utilization.

Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Purchasing, Planning, and Finance to support FAI activities and customer transitions on schedule.

Lead process automation initiatives and develop reporting dashboards to enhance project execution efficiency and data accuracy.

Minimum 7+ years relevant work experience with at least 7+ years in project management roles, preferably program management.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

Experience in supply chain operations, procurement, inventory management, and semiconductor domain knowledge preferred.

Proficiency with project management tools (Smartsheet, MS Teams, SharePoint) and Microsoft Office; familiarity with ERP systems including SAP.

Experienced in managing multiple complex projects cross-functionally with strong scheduling, risk management, and communication skills.

Comfortable working with overseas time zones and coordinating across global teams in semiconductor or related manufacturing environments.

Capable of autonomously driving projects, ensuring data integrity in tools, and collaborating with business intelligence teams for reporting.
