Provide functional support and maintenance for Oracle EPM ARCS application including requirement gathering, design documentation, and solution delivery.
Lead technical design, configuration, and implementation of ARCS solutions to meet account reconciliation business requirements.
Drive testing phases (unit, system integration, user acceptance), training, production deployment, and post-go-live support for ARCS implementations.
Minimum Requirements
8+ years of IT experience, including at least 3-4 years focused on Account Reconciliation processes.
Functional knowledge and experience with Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud (ARCS) solution design and implementation.
Experience in preparing functional specifications, design documents, test plans, and training materials specific to ARCS.
Work Experience Required: At least 8+ years IT with 3-4 years in Account Reconciliation domain.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in end-to-end implementation and support of ARCS EPM Cloud applications with strong financial system understanding, especially account reconciliation.
Skilled at collaborating with business users and stakeholders to gather requirements and lead conference room pilots and training sessions.
Capable of independently managing solution delivery stages including configuration, testing, deployment, and production support in a Cloud EPM environment.
