Lead and manage Enterprise Valuation Analysis staff in India (80%) and oversee second line Credit Administration teams aligned with US Credit Administration & Infrastructure (20%).
Develop and execute Credit Administration strategy, ensuring operational efficiency, controls, documentation, and performance management.
Serve as escalation point for complex financial questions, ensure timely and compliant valuation reporting, and collaborate with US leaders on vision and roadmap for India teams.
Minimum Requirements
15+ years experience in enterprise valuation analysis.
Minimum 3+ years of team management experience.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in data science, business, or related field; CFA preferred.
Role location: Bangalore; Role type: Hybrid.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong expertise in enterprise valuation methodologies, including DCF and market multiples, with knowledge of distressed company valuation.
Proven ability to manage and develop teams while driving strategic initiatives and operational excellence.
Experience partnering with cross-functional and global teams to align strategy and deliver data-driven insights.
