Design, build, test, release, and support scalable backend services, APIs, and event-driven capabilities primarily using Java and React technologies.

Provide technical leadership through mentoring, stakeholder engagement, driving engineering excellence, and influencing technical direction within Agile teams.
Minimum Requirements
6+ years of experience in backend engineering with Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices, and Domain-Driven Design.
Experience developing frontend applications using React.js or similar frameworks.
Experience with cloud-native architectures on AWS or Azure, including Docker and Kubernetes, with production service ownership.
Work Experience Required: 6+ years in relevant software engineering roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong full-stack software development expertise prioritizing backend scalability and reliability in cloud environments using event-driven architectures like Kafka and Redis Streams.
Proven technical leadership and mentoring capabilities, able to influence stakeholders and improve engineering practices at the team level.
Experience working in Agile, CI/CD environments applying modern software engineering practices including automated testing, observability, and performance tuning; familiarity with AI-assisted engineering tools like GitHub Copilot is a plus.
