Design, implement, and support enterprise Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) solutions using platforms such as SailPoint, Saviynt, or Entra IGA.
Lead architecture and configuration for identity lifecycle management, access provisioning, workflows (Joiner–Mover–Leaver), access certifications, and Segregation of Duties (SoD) controls.
Develop custom integrations, rules, and workflows using Java/J2EE, SQL, and REST/SOAP APIs; engage with stakeholders through requirements gathering and effort estimation.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 2+ years hands-on experience in IGA implementations with at least one platform: SailPoint, Saviynt, or Entra IGA.
Proficiency in Java/J2EE, SQL, REST and SOAP APIs, plus experience with Active Directory and LDAP.
Bachelor of Engineering degree required; Total work experience expressly required: 4 years.
Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management and access governance, including configuring workflows, policies, connectors, and certifications.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced IGA developer comfortable leading architecture and technical design discussions across business and technical stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to customize and extend IGA platforms with technical expertise in Java/J2EE integrations and advanced API usage.
Skilled in executing identity lifecycle controls (JML workflows, access certifications, SoD rules) with client-facing interaction and documentation capabilities.
