Design and implement process transformation and optimization solutions using automation, Lean Six Sigma, and continuous improvement frameworks for Life & Annuities BPS accounts.
Lead and manage automation and AI-enabled efficiency initiatives including RPA and AI tools from discovery through deployment and post-implementation validation, ensuring compliance with data privacy and governance requirements.
Oversee project management and governance for multiple concurrent transformation projects, maintaining portfolio view, tracking KPIs, and presenting progress and metrics to senior leadership and clients.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree.
Minimum 8 years of experience in operations, process excellence, or business transformation, preferably in insurance or BPS (Life, Annuities, or Wealth).
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification with demonstrated delivery of quantified savings.
Hands-on experience with RPA delivery lifecycles and Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power BI, Power Automate).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven track record of deploying AI-enabled automation solutions such as generative AI, document intelligence, and intelligent automation in operational environments.
Experienced in managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects with strong presentation skills to senior leadership and clients in formal review forums.
Strategic operator comfortable owning end-to-end process improvements including solution design, deployment, governance, and continuous benefits realization in regulated BPS or insurance domains.
