Data Engineer, AVP

Lead establishment of centers of excellence for process re-engineering, automation, and data analytics within Investment Bank and Cross Product Operations.

Execute and manage target operating model strategies for operational processes including system architecture, controls, and location strategy, focusing on front-to-back transformation to improve client experience and risk management.

Partner globally to deliver process change ensuring controlled change management with automated testing, business resiliency, audit, and regulatory compliance.

10+ years of experience in financial services, preferably investment banking operations.

Proficiency in data analysis and building reusable assets using tools like Alteryx, Tableau, SQL; mandatory machine learning experience.

Educational qualification: B.Tech / M.Tech from premier institutes is an advantage but not mandatory.

Work Experience Required: 10+ years in financial services (preferably Investment Banking Operations).

Experienced in executing large-scale operational transformations in financial services with a focus on process automation and data analytics.

Demonstrated ability to leverage AI and machine learning tools responsibly to optimize workflows and drive business outcomes.

Strong communicator with a strategic mindset, able to work across matrix organizations managing multiple priorities and regulatory requirements.
