Intern, Technical Program Manager

Own and run the end-to-end agile cadence for Packaged Genies' development workstreams, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, standups, and retrospectives.

Decompose functional requirements into structured Jira epics and stories with clear acceptance criteria and track milestones to ensure visible, predictable delivery progress.

Analyze delivery data and functional requirements to identify patterns, benchmark program health, perform root-cause analysis, and propose AI/automation-driven solutions for process improvement.

Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s or master’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Statistics, or related quantitative field, or an MBA with a technical undergrad background or hands-on IT experience.

Strong interest and some knowledge of data analysis, functional/business analysis, program management, and Agile methodologies.

Experience or familiarity with project management tools like Jira and Confluence is a plus.

Location requirement: Hyderabad, India with hybrid work model (minimum 2 days in-office per week).

Comfortable driving multi-workstream Agile programs with responsibility for planning, tracking, and stakeholder alignment in a tech product environment.

Able to translate complex analysis and functional requirements into clear, actionable specs and program updates backed by data and evidence.

Interested in AI applications, especially agentic AI, with capability to engage credibly on API and integration dependencies in enterprise systems.
