Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 4 years of proven software development experience.
Strong proficiency in Angular (v10+), Java, Spring Boot, Python or Golang, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
Required onsite presence 4 days per week as per company policy.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in implementing and enforcing secure coding standards and embedding observability in software products.
Ability to operate effectively across engineering, QA, operations, and stakeholder teams in a matrix and multicultural environment.
Strong technical hands-on contributor with expertise in front-end and back-end technologies, automated testing, and modern data architectures.
