Minimum Requirements
4-6 years of professional software development experience.
Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, design patterns, and object-oriented/functional programming.
Proficiency in at least one programming language with experience in unit and integration testing and Agile/Scrum environments.
Experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) and familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Engineer comfortable working across multiple languages and tech stacks with a tech-stack agnostic mindset.
Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to quickly ramp on new technologies and codebases and accelerate development.
Experienced in mentoring peers, collaborating in an Agile environment, and contributing to team culture and product impact.
