Own the technical strategy, architecture, development, and operational delivery of Ford’s AI security platform.
Lead and manage a team of engineers while actively contributing to system design, code reviews, automation, and technical decisions.
Develop and integrate automated security controls and observability across AI lifecycle stages, cloud environments, and CI/CD pipelines to protect AI applications and reduce manual effort.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
10+ years of experience in software engineering, cybersecurity, platform engineering, or related disciplines.
Minimum 3 years experience securing AI/ML, generative AI, or data-driven platforms.
Experience leading engineering teams and delivering enterprise-scale technology solutions.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in full-stack development with Python and modern backend (Node.js, Java, or Go) and frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue).
Strong expertise in cloud-native security architectures across Azure, GCP, or AWS, including Kubernetes and Terraform-based IaC.
Deep knowledge of AI security risks (e.g., prompt injection, model governance), AI security frameworks, and ability to build scalable security automation and observability solutions.
