Minimum Requirements
PEGA CSSA Certification mandatory.
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
Proficiency in at least one programming language.
Good understanding of software development lifecycle and design principles required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience working within Agile teams and familiarity with daily scrums and sprint ceremonies reflecting operation in a collaborative software development environment.
Basic understanding of investment banking domain is preferred but not mandatory.
Capable of following guidance from seniors while gradually taking on responsibilities in test and release processes.
