Lead design and maintenance of durable test automation frameworks integrated with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or Harness.

Collaborate cross-functionally to mentor teams, provide quality engineering leadership, and drive adoption of advanced automation and AI-enabled testing methods.
Minimum Requirements
5+ years of experience in QA/SDET roles.
Proficient in Java, TypeScript, Python; experienced with Selenium, Appium, JUnit, Postman, Insomnia, NodeJS, Mocha, and Cucumber.
Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or Harness and Agile, TDD, BDD methodologies.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in leading test automation strategy across multiple automation frameworks and methodologies.
Strong cross-team collaborator comfortable guiding quality engineering practices in a global, agile environment.
Familiar with integrating AI/ML and GenAI technologies to enhance automation testing capabilities and quality metrics.
