Lead design, development, and delivery of scalable, high-performing modern web applications using ReactJS, NextJS/NodeJS, and JavaScript.
Drive end-to-end requirements from discovery to production rollout, collaborating closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, and Engineering teams.
Provide technical leadership for frontend architecture including Micro Frontends, Single Page Applications, Module Federation, and optimize application performance metrics like Core Web Vitals.
Minimum Requirements
4+ years of software development experience, specifically with strong expertise in ReactJS, NextJS/NodeJS and JavaScript.
Experience with frontend architecture patterns such as Micro Frontends, Single Page Applications (SPA), and Module Federation.
Hands-on experience with modern bundlers/build tools: Webpack, Rollup, Vite.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced frontend engineering lead skilled at delivering enterprise-scale ReactJS/NextJS web solutions in Agile environments.
Strong technical leadership capabilities to influence architectural and engineering decisions across multiple stakeholders.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (especially AWS), serverless architectures, and modern frontend performance optimization practices.
