Lead - AI Data Intelligence 

Lead design, build, and deployment of production Text-to-SQL and Natural Language Query (NLQ) platforms enabling non-technical users to query enterprise data.

Act as technical advisor partnering with business stakeholders to scope analytical workflows and deliver conversational data products with 24x7 enterprise availability.

Architect semantic models, business ontologies, and build microservices integrating .NET/C# backends with Python/FastAPI, Databricks, and Amazon Redshift platforms.

8+ years experience in enterprise-scale software and cloud systems with strong .NET/C# REST API skills.

2+ years hands-on experience in AI development lifecycle including LLM orchestration and non-deterministic system evaluation.

Proficiency in SQL Server, Python, FastAPI, and experience with data platforms like Amazon Redshift and Databricks.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.

Experienced technical leader with track record mentoring senior engineers and leading cross-functional delivery pods.

Skilled at translating ambiguous business goals into technical architectures in client-facing roles.

Background in designing conversational UI workflows and semantic layer architecture for enterprise data products.
