Lead end-to-end project execution for IAM deployment, transition, transformation, and migration initiatives, coordinating multiple global and cross-functional teams.
Facilitate Agile and Scrum ceremonies, coach teams on Agile practices, and drive predictable delivery and continuous improvement in IAM product delivery.
Establish and govern IAM processes including change and release management, audit coordination, compliance, and reporting to ensure secure, compliant, and operationally excellent IAM services.
Minimum Requirements
8-12 years experience in project coordination/management, Agile delivery, Scrum facilitation, or ITIL in complex or global enterprise environments.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or comparable discipline.
Experience managing full project lifecycle for deployment, integration, transition, transformation, or migration initiatives.
Work Location: Bangalore, India; Shift Timing: 12PM to 9PM.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in Agile project management within Information Security or IAM domains with basic understanding of IAM technologies and principles.
Skilled in coordinating across diverse stakeholder groups including IT Infrastructure, Security, and business teams in global settings.
Strong governance focus with ability to manage audit compliance, risk, and process improvements in enterprise IAM services.
