Assistant Manager - Ocean Operations, Mumbai

Manage end-to-end ocean freight shipments within the ISC regional network, ensuring seamless coordination with internal and external partners.

Achieve high standards of on-time shipment movement and handle exceptions to meet internal KPIs and SLAs for quality delivery.

Collaborate closely with peers and supervisors to resolve client issues quickly and maintain smooth logistics operations at origin and destination.

Bachelor's degree mandatory.

Minimum 5 years of global forwarding or related work experience required.

4+ years industry experience in Ocean Freight, import compliance, or warehousing strongly encouraged.

Proficient in MS Office or Google apps; ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Experienced in executing ocean freight logistics within regional or global networks, emphasizing operational excellence and process adherence.

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders including ocean carriers, customs, warehousing, and internal teams effectively under pressure.

Skilled in prioritization, planning, and continuous process improvement to elevate customer experience and on-time performance.
