Perform and oversee a broad range of analytical and quality control tests to ensure product quality, safety, and compliance.
Lead quality assurance activities including internal audits and ensure adherence to GMP, GLP, HACCP, and company standards.
Mentor laboratory technicians and collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Regulatory Affairs) to meet business goals.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Food Science, or related discipline.
Experience in Quality Control, Analytical Chemistry, or Laboratory Operations within Flavors, Fragrances, Food, Chemical, or FMCG industries.
Hands-on expertise with GC, GC-MS, method validation, instrument maintenance, troubleshooting, and data interpretation.
Knowledge of GMP, GLP, HACCP, quality systems and regulatory requirements; Experience with SAP, ERP, and Microsoft Office.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in Flavors & Fragrances industry, familiar with fragrance and flavor ingredients and raw material regulations.
Proven track record in leading laboratory improvement projects, audits, CAPA programs, and quality initiatives.
Capable of managing projects, driving change, influencing stakeholders, and developing high-performing teams in dynamic environments.
