Minimum Requirements
Experience managing and building teams of AI/ML scientists and engineers with leadership accountability.
Technical depth in AI/ML foundations and experience shipping production AI solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Proven experience in enterprise environment technical engagement delivery and escalation management.
Graduate degree in a quantitative discipline (Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Operations Research) or equivalent practical experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Based in Bangalore or Mumbai and able to travel at least once a month for customer engagements.
Experienced at developing strategy with senior executives (VP+, CIO/CDO) and aligning technical AI vision with business outcomes in complex enterprise settings.
Has a track record of working closely with Sales, Product, and GTM teams to connect AI delivery to revenue and customer success metrics.
