HR IT Administrator

Lead centralization and professional management of Dormakaba HR IT system, including setup, maintenance, upgrades, and integration with systems like Workday and SAP (70% of role).

Establish and coordinate international support framework for Dormakaba involving business, IT, and external partners.

Serve as main contact for Dormakaba and another dedicated HR IT system (to be defined), providing first and second level support and implementing system-related changes (30%).

Approximately 3 years of experience in administration or implementation of Dormakaba.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.

English language proficiency at C1 level and German proficiency at B1 or higher.

Experience working in an international environment is required.

Experienced in managing and optimizing Dormakaba HR IT systems with a strong business analyst mindset to align IT solutions with internal customer requirements.

Capable of independently driving process centralization and vendor management across international stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Comfortable handling technical documentation, governance standards, and system integration tasks in global IT service settings.
