Senior Software Engineer - BMC Remedy

Customize and implement workflows in BMC Helix and ITSM Suite using Developer Studio to align with business needs.

Design, develop, and maintain custom integrations using APIs, iPass, and web services to improve system data flow and functionality.

Configure and optimize Remedy Server in server-group environments focusing on performance tuning and issue resolution with collaboration across teams.

Minimum 10+ years of experience in BMC Remedy implementation and related technologies.

Strong experience with BMC Helix, ITSM Suite, SLM, Remedy Migrator, Web services, APIs, Plug-ins, Developer and Innovation Studio, and Helix Dashboard reporting.

Experience with iPass, Webhooks, SRM, Knowledge Management, Atrium CMDB, Remedy Workflow customizations, Remedy Server-group environment, and overlay concepts.

Knowledge of ITIL framework basics and experience in ITSM integration with Remedy and web services.

Deep technical expertise in the full software development lifecycle with strong focus on BMC Remedy ecosystem.

Experienced in proposing architectural solutions for custom integrations and collaborative cross-functional team environments.

Capable of effective customer interaction, performance tuning, and troubleshooting in complex ITSM setups.
