Lead establishment and operation of data governance and quality frameworks for Private Markets data from external and internal sources.
Own data quality oversight including controls for completeness, accuracy, timeliness, exception management, root-cause analysis, and sustainable remediation.
Collaborate across business, technology, and external partners to enforce data ownership, maintain lineage, develop KPIs, and drive continuous improvement in data operations.
Minimum Requirements
10–14+ years experience in investment management, financial services, or complex data environment with data operations or governance focus.
Strong understanding of Private Markets data, including private equity, credit, real estate, infrastructure and related platforms (eFront, Investran preferred).
Experience with data governance frameworks (CDEs, data ownership, quality rules, lineage, issue management) and operational controls in regulated financial services.
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, information systems, data management, or equivalent professional experience.

Strong control mindset with capability to identify root causes and drive remediation across organizational and external boundaries.
