Manage and execute data quality controls across Private Markets data from fund administrators, third-party providers, and internal platforms to ensure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness.
Investigate and resolve data exceptions and discrepancies related to investment and fund accounting data such as positions, cash, capital activity, P&L, maintaining audit trails and documentation.
Support data governance including maintaining critical data elements, collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive remediation, continuous improvement, and automation initiatives in data operations.
Minimum Requirements
3–6 years of experience in investment management, fund administration, financial services, or similarly complex data environment, ideally in Data or Fund Operations.
Working knowledge of Private Markets products and operational fund processes including private equity, private credit, real estate, infrastructure, or alternative investments.
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, commerce, business, information systems or related field; relevant professional qualifications such as CA or CPA are beneficial.
Advanced Excel skills required; familiarity with data analysis or query tools such as SQL is beneficial.
