Own availability, performance, and scalability of caching systems and services with proactive monitoring and capacity planning.
Drive architectural decisions and provide technical leadership and mentoring for caching and distributed cache architectures (e.g. Redis, GridGain).
Develop automation tools/scripts to improve operational efficiency and ensure system reliability and resilience.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 10 years of proven experience with caching and distributed cache architectures like Redis or GridGain.
Experience with DevOps tools including git, JIRA, Ansible, Containers, Kubernetes (OpenShift), and Redis Container patterns using Helm or Redis operator.
Strong knowledge of Observability tools such as Observe, Prometheus, Grafana.
Must be located in Pune (role based in Pune office).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced leader capable of setting technology strategy and driving cross-functional stakeholder collaboration and mentoring engineers.
Hands-on experience managing large, distributed, high-availability infrastructure with 24/7 uptime focus and automation (Python, Ansible, Kafka).
Knowledge of financial environments and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is advantageous but not mandatory.
