Manage and develop a 20+ member data engineering team plus contractor teams responsible for operational reporting, enhancing knowledge ownership and delivery sustainability.
Minimum Requirements
13 to 15 years of experience in data engineering, data architecture, and leading complex engineering teams and initiatives.
Mandatory skills: AWS, Snowflake, Power BI, modern data platforms, and data architecture expertise.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a relevant field.
Experience managing large teams including both employees and contractors, with stakeholder management across global locations.

Experienced leader comfortable managing large cross-functional data engineering teams and contractor workforce focused on operational reporting.
Capable of balancing technical leadership in data platforms and architecture with program delivery including portfolio planning, risk, and dependency management.
