Lead end-to-end delivery of AI-powered energy sector IT project phase 2, including rollout of advanced AI capabilities and global platform expansion.
Manage project scope, budget, resources, risks, and schedules using ServiceNow SPM/PPC and PPM frameworks, ensuring compliance with ITGC, cybersecurity, and enterprise governance.
Coordinate cross-functional technical teams and external strategic vendors, oversee release management, operational transition, stakeholder engagement, and access management (IAM) integration.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 7 years of IT project management experience in complex enterprise environments.
Experience delivering projects end-to-end with control over scope, budget, resources, and schedules.
Proficient with ServiceNow SPM/PPC or comparable PPM tools and strong knowledge of AI project management, digital transformation, and enterprise application integration.
Fluent English (minimum B2 level); solid understanding of ITGC, ICoFR, cybersecurity, IAM, and enterprise compliance requirements.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced with AI transformation projects or data-driven enterprise applications within energy, manufacturing, or industrial sectors.
Skilled at managing multi-disciplinary teams (developers, UI/UX designers, architects, data engineers) and external vendors in a regulated enterprise IT context.
Proficient in managing project lifecycle elements like release management, RACI accountability, risk and change management, and stakeholder communications aligned with IT governance standards.
