Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Figma/Sketch, SQL, and PPM tools.
Experience in Operations, Process Improvement, Governance, Risk & Controls, with domain knowledge in Core Operations and Transaction Banking.

Experienced leader in project delivery and people management within banking operations or transaction banking domain.
Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs involving stakeholder management and business analysis.
Skilled in strategic business process modeling, risk assessment, and driving compliance with regulatory requirements in a large financial institution environment.
