Lead Software Engineer - Java, Microservices, Springboot & Cloud

Develop and enhance multiple sub-modules within enterprise applications focusing on coding, testing, debugging, and deployment.

Drive architecture and design simplification, robustness, and efficiency of microservices-based cloud solutions on Azure.

Represent product and portfolio vision and technical roadmaps internally and to strategic customers, providing early visibility and mitigation of technical challenges.

Bachelor’s degree, STEM preferred.

8 to 10 years of software development experience with strong Enterprise Java programming background.

Proven experience with Java, Springboot, Microservices, and enterprise cloud solutions in Azure including event-driven architecture (Kafka, Spark, or similar).

Hands-on software development and architecture/design experience; familiarity with DevOps, infrastructure automation, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and API management.

Experienced in cloud-native, distributed microservices, multi-tenant SaaS, and scalable, high-availability architectures on Azure.

Strong technical leadership demonstrated by driving architecture simplification and quality assurance in enterprise Java environments.

Comfortable engaging with stakeholders to represent technical and product vision and managing complex technical challenges during delivery.
