Collaborate with Business SMEs, Innovation teams, Program managers, and IT delivery partners to support and deliver projects on schedule.
Design, test, and implement data analysis solutions and support change management activities including communication, training, and process monitoring.
Assess and automate business processes by engaging with Subject Matter Experts, analyzing end-to-end process structure, and supporting regional or group reporting operations leads with transformation initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 10+ years post-qualification experience in leading accounting firms or financial services sector.
Educational qualification: MCA/BCA/B Tech.
Qualified Automation expert/developer with standard industry certifications preferred.
Experience with Microsoft Excel, VBA/Macros, SQL, databases (MS Access, Oracle), programming languages Python and R, and automation tools like Alteryx, Xceptor, Power Automate, Qlik, and advanced Python.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in leading and executing large scale process automation projects specifically in Banking/Finance industry.
Comfortable working in IT environments involving databases, query languages, and advanced statistical programming.
Capable of cross-functional collaboration with business and technology teams to drive process improvement and automation initiatives within complex organizational structures.
