Minimum Requirements
8-12 years application support or service operations experience with complex or business-critical applications.
Strong domain experience supporting Laboratory, Pharmacy, Radiology or ancillary clinical systems.
L2/L3 troubleshooting skills across applications, interfaces, middleware, and clinical integrations including HL7 messaging.
Experience with incident, problem, change, and release management in ITIL-aligned environments; knowledge of Azure Cloud and on-premises systems.

Experienced in leading cross-functional teams supporting clinical workflows and integrations, capable of prioritizing and managing high-impact incidents with clinical impact awareness.
Skilled in translating clinical and operational issues into technical investigations and restorations with an emphasis on patient-care continuity and compliance.
Strong analytical and communication skills demonstrated by ownership of operational readiness, automation initiatives, and stakeholder engagement in healthcare IT settings.
