Manage procurement coordination, material inward/outward movements, GRN processing, and SAP transaction postings related to inventory and R&D product release.
Oversee storage facility organization, cleanliness, space optimization, and produce monthly inventory analysis reports detailing stock levels, consumption patterns, and material velocity.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, supply chain, or scientific discipline.
10 to 15 years of experience in inventory control, stores management, or materials management preferably in R&D, manufacturing, or prototype environments.
Working proficiency in SAP MM/WM modules including PR, GRN, work orders, and posting transactions.
Experience conducting inventory audits, cycle counts, variance reconciliation, and reporting using MS Excel or analytics tools.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience in structured, disciplined stock management environments, with preference for Armed Forces veterans from Logistics, Technical, or EME arms backgrounds.
Ability to maintain accountability and enforce stock discipline across cross-functional teams without direct authority, especially in fast-paced R&D contexts.
Strong operational focus on inventory accuracy, reconciliation turnaround, and timely procurement/reporting cycle adherence using SAP and inventory analytics.
