Design, deploy, and optimize observability platforms using tools like ELK Stack, New Relic, Datadog, and Alertsite to ensure system reliability and performance.
Develop and maintain monitoring strategies, dashboards, and alerting rules; fix complex system issues leveraging observability data and provide actionable insights.
Lead best practices for logging, metrics, tracing, conduct training, participate in incident response and on-call rotations, and evaluate new observability technologies.
Minimum Requirements
5+ years of experience in platform engineering, DevOps, or systems engineering roles.
Hands-on expertise with at least two observability platforms: ELK Stack, New Relic, Datadog, or Alertsite.
Proficiency in scripting languages like Python or Bash, and experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Location requirement: Bangalore, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in deploying and managing complex observability infrastructure in cloud and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).
Proficient in application performance monitoring concepts (APM, RUM, synthetic monitoring) and incident metrics (MTTA, MTTR, MTTD).
Skilled in collaborating across engineering teams to integrate and enhance monitoring and alerting capabilities.
