Minimum Requirements
4–10 years of experience in Embedded Firmware, Storage Systems, SSD Validation, or related fields; SSD Firmware Validation experience highly desirable.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
Strong programming and scripting skills in Python, with hands-on Linux and Windows debugging experience.
Hands-on knowledge of SSD architecture, NVMe, PCIe technologies, and experience with validation tools such as Medusa, SanBlaze, OakGate, UNH, PCIe-CV or equivalents.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in test automation frameworks and protocols related to SSDs and storage validation, including debugging with protocol analyzers (e.g., LeCroy, JDSU).
Comfortable using and integrating AI-powered engineering tools for automation, script development, debugging, and analytics in validation workflows.
Able to independently drive root cause analysis and communicate findings effectively across firmware, hardware, and systems engineering teams.
