Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or related field with 4+ years hardware engineering or related experience; Master’s with 3+ years or PhD with 2+ years also acceptable.
Strong hands-on Linux development and automation skills including scripting, server troubleshooting, and scheduled jobs.
Proficient in Python or comparable languages, SQL, relational databases, and building production-quality automation software with logging, error handling, and maintainability.
Experience with AI-assisted development tools, strong debugging skills in software/data/database/Linux environments, and ability to work overlapping US Central Time mornings.

Proficient in applying AI-first engineering methodologies responsibly to improve output while maintaining ownership and in working collaboratively across global, cross-functional teams including US stakeholders.
