Ensure availability, performance, and scalability of caching and distributed systems through proactive monitoring, maintenance, and capacity planning.
Lead architectural decisions and technical direction for caching platforms (e.g., Redis, GridGain) and implement Redis container patterns on Kubernetes.
Develop automation tools and scripts, optimize system performance, and collaborate cross-functionally to integrate reliability and scalability best practices.
Minimum Requirements
10+ years of experience with caching and distributed cache architecture including Redis, GridGain, or similar technologies.
Experience with DevOps tools: git, JIRA, Ansible, Containers, Kubernetes (OpenShift), CI/CD implementations.
Proficient with Redis container implementation via Helm charts or Redis operator on Kubernetes.
Location requirement: Based in Pune office.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Technical leader experienced in driving architectural decisions and mentoring engineers in large, high-availability distributed infrastructures.
Strong automation mindset with hands-on skills in Python, Ansible, Kafka for end-to-end automation.
Experienced in observability tools (Observe, Prometheus, Grafana) with familiarity in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and financial environment context is a plus.
