Design, build, and maintain enterprise BI and analytics solutions using Power BI and Microsoft Fabric across data pipelines, lakehouse, warehouse, semantic models, and reports.
Develop scalable dimensional and semantic data models and ETL/ELT pipelines integrating multiple business systems.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, architects, and leadership to deliver accurate, governed, and performance-optimized reporting supporting strategic decisions.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 3+ years hands-on Power BI development experience.
Proven enterprise experience with Microsoft Fabric platform including Data Factory, Lakehouse, Warehouse, and Power BI.
Strong skills in DAX, Power Query, dataflows, semantic modeling, ETL/ELT pipeline design, SQL and query optimization.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Data Science or similar; role location onsite in Mysuru, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in full lifecycle BI solution delivery from data ingestion to self-service analytics in enterprise environments.
Expertise in building dimensional data warehouses and semantic models aligned with enterprise data strategy.
Proficient in agile methodologies, capable of translating business requirements into technical solutions and driving end-to-end delivery.
