Lead Specialist - Project Management

Support structured delivery and governance of global projects and change initiatives, ensuring effective implementation and embedding in business.

Manage project initiation, planning, progress tracking, and risk mitigation with clear scope, timelines, and resource alignment.

Collaborate with global stakeholders and technology teams; develop reports and presentations for senior leadership; contribute to continuous improvement within the Change function.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; Project Management certification (PMP/PRINCE2/Agile) preferred but not mandatory.

Proven experience in end-to-end project/change delivery, including technology component projects, within time-bound environments.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio).

Exposure to financial services/insurance domain; working knowledge of risk, compliance, and regulatory considerations.

Experienced in managing global transformation programs within matrixed and ambiguous business environments.

Demonstrated capability to engage and influence stakeholders across all organizational levels including senior leadership.

Strong analytical, structured thinker with focus on measurable outcomes and continuous improvement.
