Specialist Assistant Manager - Account and Engagement Finance Services - Hyderabad

Lead financial analysis, reconciliation, and engagement management controls for one or more complex project or engagement teams.

Prepare and track budgets, forecasts, and financial metrics including revenue and expenses; oversee client billing, receivables collection, and PMO contract management tasks.

Present financial analyses and recommendations to senior internal and external stakeholders and contribute to practice initiatives to strengthen finance services.

6-8 years of experience in accounting, finance, financial analysis, or project financial management.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Management.

2+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including intermediate to advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Experience preparing financial analyses, management reports, and presenting financial recommendations to stakeholders.

Experienced in managing multiple concurrent financial deliverables within project deadlines in complex engagement environments.

Familiarity with professional services firm operations, especially financial and contract management for time-and-materials and fixed-price engagements (preferred but not mandatory).

Capable of mentoring junior team members and leading financial practice initiatives that improve team and service function efficiencies.
