Minimum Requirements
Graduate degree in any stream.
3 to 6 years of experience as Business Analyst or in automation project support roles.
Basic understanding of databases such as MySQL.
Work Experience Required: 3 to 6 years in relevant roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in working closely with SMEs and development teams in automation and Agile environments.
Skilled in business process evaluation, documentation (business requirements, functional specs, user stories), and stakeholder communication.
Familiarity with Business Analysis certifications (CBAP, CCBA) or Agile certifications (CSM), and knowledge of dashboard tools like Kibana, Insight, or Power BI is preferred.
