Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
Minimum 2 years experience as a Business Systems Analyst or equivalent technology industry background.
Proven experience working with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint.
Work Experience Required: Minimum 2 years as Business Systems Analyst or equivalent technology-related role.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in cross-functional Agile teams, capable of bridging business and technical teams effectively.
Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex business requirements into technical documentation and user stories.
Familiar with production support, troubleshooting, and preferably with background as QA or Developer for enhanced problem-solving.
