Own end-to-end design, implementation, deployment, and operation of Kubernetes platform services across cloud, hybrid, and on-prem environments.
Develop and maintain automation, tooling, and platform services primarily using Go, improving reliability, observability, and performance in production.
Lead incident management, technical discussions, code reviews, and mentor engineers in Kubernetes platform engineering practices.
Minimum Requirements
Strong hands-on Kubernetes platform experience including provisioning, upgrades, troubleshooting, and production support.
Proficiency in Go (Golang) for building and maintaining production platform tooling and services.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Helm, Kustomize) and GitOps practices (Argo CD, Flux).
Work Experience Required: 5+ years in software, platform, or cloud engineering with meaningful Kubernetes experience; Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Deep expertise in Kubernetes architecture, networking (CNI, ingress, Services, Network Policies), and multi-cluster or hybrid environments.
Experience operating Kubernetes on public cloud platforms, GCP/GKE preferred, with strong skills in platform observability and incident management.
Ability to drive platform reliability through automation, root cause analysis, and mentoring within complex distributed system environments.
