Associate - Platform and Data Management Operations

Own end-to-end execution and operational oversight of client reporting including Client Performance Reporting and Tax Savings Reporting, ensuring accuracy, completeness, timeliness, and adherence to service levels.

Investigate and resolve reporting exceptions and data quality issues by coordinating with Technology, Product, Operations, vendors, and client teams using SQL, BI, automation, and AI tools.

Drive process improvement, develop operational metrics and dashboards, and maintain governance frameworks to strengthen controls and support business continuity, including cross-functional platform management activities.

8+ years work experience in investment management, wealth management, financial services operations, client reporting, or similar control-focused environment.

5+ years applied experience with data analytics and formal training or certification in data analytics concepts.

Strong SQL skills and experience with business intelligence platforms like Power BI or Tableau.

Experience managing operational workflows delivering accurate, timely outputs within defined control frameworks and service levels.

Experienced in complex data analysis, root-cause investigation, operational risk management, and governance in financial services reporting environments.

Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across Product, Technology, Operations, and vendor teams to support platform enhancements and operational readiness.

Proficient in leveraging automation, Python, AI tools, and BI technologies to improve reporting efficiency, scalability, and quality control.
