Minimum Requirements
3+ years experience in Learning and Development.
Experience in US insurance industry and knowledge of insurance processes required.
Instructional Design expertise with content creation using multiple delivery channels.
Location: Gurugram; shift timings vary, to be decided during operations interview.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience working within US insurance processes, preferably with Marsh or similar in insurance broking.
Strong program management skills combined with high proficiency in facilitation and engagement techniques.
Ability to innovate in learning methodologies and adapt training to diverse audiences and organizational needs.
