Oversee daily operational management of transportation compliance team, ensuring smooth execution of transportation schedules, operational plans, and incident resolution.
Manage and monitor team activities, including payroll audit/review, training compliance, and operational risk assessments like FMEA updates.
Coordinate with multiple stakeholders (HR, H&S, transportation hubs) to maintain operational continuity and meet compliance, financial, and safety requirements.
Minimum Requirements
Overall Work Experience: 12+ years in Operations, Transportation & Logistics, Shared Services, or related environment.
Experience managing remote teams (2+ years) supporting transportation, delivery, or field operations, preferably across USA, Europe, or international markets.
Accountability for financial KPIs/results for 2+ years is mandatory.
Must be willing to work Hyderabad base location, shift timings 05:00 PM-02:00 AM IST, with office presence under global working windows.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong operations professional with proven people management skills managing remote or distributed teams, especially in transportation/logistics or related service-based operations.
Experience with US OTR trucking/transport operations and knowledge of US DOT and fleet compliance is preferred but not mandatory for screening.
Capable of operational excellence mindset with strong analytical skills, stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination including HR, compliance, and safety.
