Lead Software Engineer - Python Full stack developer

Lead design and development of scalable, secure, maintainable software features using Python and related frameworks.

Provide technical leadership including guiding implementations, reviewing code, resolving blockers, and ensuring quality aligned with standards.

Drive adoption and effective use of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools to improve code quality, delivery speed, and operational outcomes.

5+ years applied experience with formal training or certification in software engineering concepts.

Proficient in Python with expertise in Django, Flask, or FastAPI; experience in React and AngularJS; knowledge of Astronomer/Airflow and API development.

Hands-on experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted development tools and leading their effective adoption.

Solid understanding of agile methodologies, application resiliency, system integration, source control (Bitbucket or similar), code branching, and deployment in cloud environments.

Experienced in delivering system design, development, testing, and operational stability in agile, secure, and cloud-enabled environments.

Able to lead teams in responsible and secure adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices including validation of AI outputs.

Possesses additional knowledge of networking concepts (CCNA basic), cloud-native technologies such as Kubernetes and Docker is favorable but not mandatory.
